The “EinBlick” trainee day took place in Bretzfeld for the first time on October 8, 2025. Around 170 pupils in grades 8 to 10 from the Bretzfeld education center were given exciting insights into regional training companies and their professional fields.
A total of nine companies opened their doors – including bgu-Umweltschutzanlagen GmbH. The aim was to show the young people the variety of training opportunities directly on site. In small groups, the participants were able to visit three companies of their choice, find out about training paths and get actively involved themselves. Whether technology, trades, environmental services or administration – the range of professions was wide.
The pilot project was organized by an association of several companies together with the Bretzfeld education center. After an eventful day, all participants came together with representatives of the companies, teaching staff and the deputy mayor Boris Birkert to round off the day.
A big thank you to all the partners and supporters involved – for a successful day that offered young people guidance and whetted their appetite for training.
The positive conclusion: “EinBlick” is to be continued and developed further in the future.
