At the end of the financial year, the traditional works meeting took place again in mid-December. Managing Director Claus Steinbrenner welcomed the numerous employees and bgu’s shareholder to the electrical workshop. He reported on the past financial year and was pleased with the numerous positive results. After a short, critical digression on the political situation and the political course, which could certainly be improved, the awards ceremony followed, during which three employees were honored for 30 years of service and other employees for many years of service to bgu. Mr. Hatos delivered a special program item with an entertaining laudatory speech for Mr. Steinbrenner on his 30th anniversary of service. On the one hand, long years of service to the company are success factors for remaining successful in the market. On the other hand, they naturally bring about a change in the workforce over the years. To counteract this, bgu has taken on more employees this year than ever before. We are therefore well positioned for the future.
In the run-up to the Christmas party, which was to take place in the evening, each employee was presented with a small gift at the end.
